Welcome to Bookimy!The Bookimy platform is owned and operated by Weavrix LLC. Use, our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and any additional terms or policies that may apply to specific features or services offered within the platform.These Terms of Use apply generally to all Clients (such as service providers, agencies, and business account holders) and Customers (end-users who book or receive services), unless stated otherwise in specific sections.All terms outlined here are legally binding and collectively form an agreement between you and Bookimy. If you do not agree with these Terms of Use, please discontinue use of the platform immediately.For information on how we process and protect your personal data, please refer to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.Terms of Use in other Sections apply generally to Service and to all Clients and Customers (as defined in Section 1), with the exception of the provisions which are by their nature applicable solely to one of the two categories of subjects.

Definition
For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below:
Consent:refers to a freely given, specific, informed, and unambiguous indication of your wishes by which you signify agreement to the processing of your personal data.

Client:means a business or service provider that registers with BookiMy to manage appointments, accept bookings, and offer services to Customers.
Customer:means an individual who schedules an appointment or service through a Client’s BookiMy booking page.
Employee:refers to any individual, consultant, or contractor of a Client who is authorized to use the platform in connection with delivering services to Customers.
Personal Data:means any information that can identify, directly or indirectly, a living individual. Examples include names, email addresses, phone numbers, IP addresses, and any other identifiers used in connection with bookings or platform access.
Processing:includes any operation performed on personal data, such as collection, storage, use, disclosure, or deletion.
Processor:refers to a third-party entity (e.g., hosting provider, payment gateway) that processes data on behalf of BookiMy.
Service:means the BookiMy platform and all related features, tools, and integrations offered to Clients and Customers.
Platform:refers to the web-based and mobile-accessible application provided by BookiMy for booking, scheduling, and business management.
Third-Party Service:means any external tool or software (e.g., Stripe, Google Calendar, Zoom) that integrates with or is used by BookiMy in the delivery of services.
